Unigraph Node Network

The Unigraph Indexer, which will in the first instance focus on the BRC20 token standard, given its popularity, before expanding to other token standards based on user demand, will be run by nodes in the Unigraph network.

Each node will submit Bitcoin token events to the Unigraph protocol, which will then be accepted or rejected based on a threshold consensus mechanism. Running a node in the network will require a node operator to stake GRPH tokens to their node. In case a node operator acts dishonestly, or suffers from downtime, their stake will be slashed, creating financial incentivisation for nodes to remain online and to act honestly as network participants.
