Consensus Mechanism

The Unigraph protocol will operate using a Delegated Proof of Stake (DPOS) consensus mechanism, whereby node operators will be required to stake a certain number of tokens to themselves, and other users that are not node operators will also be able to delegate their tokens to a node operator in order to earn a share of their rewards (subject to being slashed in case the node operator acts maliciously or has downtime).
